We also maintain a PSC Quad Core Opteron compute server (sona), which is used by the Chemistry Department and a seven node 8 core Proliant HPC cluster for use by researchers within the Natural Sciences (nscc). The five new nodes are based on intel 5560 (Nehalem) dual quad core archetecture. For access to these servers please contact Randall Downer. The nscc is built along the lines of Purdue Universities Community Compute Cluster .
