1. Open Image and set scale > make sure to set on global so you only have to this for the first picture
2. Click on circle tracer button
3. Trace area to match cell body area (don't include glow on outside). If cell doesn't have circular or oval shaped body you can hold down shift and add more circular shapes to better trace the cell body
4. Click HOTKEY & M to measure area. (Table should appear)
5. Transfer data from table to excel when finished
